Guarantee of service... We guarantee your satisfaction or your money back. If for any reason you are not happy with your plans, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll set things

Return policy... If for any reason you are not satisfied with the project plans you receive, we will accept your return within 30
days of purchase with no hassle. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the plan you want to return. Please take care when handling it your plans -- project plans returned in poor condition, e.g., with
writing, stains, unnatural creasing, etc., are considered damaged merchandise and are not refundable. The postage and handling charge you incur is non-refundable. Learn how to make a quick, hassle-free return by

Plan accuracy... We are committed to offering only the highest quality project plans. Over the years we have sold tens of thousands of plans and only a handful of mistakes have
been found. Whenever we get a complaint about a plan or are notified of an error in a plan, we take immediate action to rectify the situation. If you find an error in one of the plans we are currently carrying, please let us
know. Because of the nature of project engineering, errors do occur on occasion. Furniture Designs, Inc. is in no way responsible for wood that is rendered useless due to an error in a plan. As a woodworker, we
expect that you will measure twice and cut once. We cannot issue monies to any customer who takes a loss due to an error in a plan. Please help us keep errors down by alerting us to them.
Data we collect...
In order to notify our customers of new project plans and sales we may have, we collect the following information and store it safely: name, address, telephone number, and email address. If you enter the information for a
second party, that is, if you send something to someone else, we collect only their name and address. You are free at any time to contact us and have any or all of your information changed or removed. We may also, at
our discretion allow you to be contacted about special woodworking-related offers.
How we use your data... Information you submit to us during an order is used to fulfill that order. In the future, we may
elect to send you a new catalog or other woodworking related information. We are a small business, so you will not receive much mail from us. Remember, at any time you are free to contact us to be removed from our
mailing list with no hassle. Your credit information is never transferred to a third party -- we find this practice ridiculous and contemptible. We may send you an email note on occasion regarding plans, but you
can opt out at any time. New customer information is not shared with other woodworking companies or third parties. Again, you are always free to contact us and be removed from our customer list at any time.
Your data's security... All customer data is stored in an inaccessible, offline system. All measures within our means have been taken to enhance the security of our customers' data and we are glad to say that we have never
had a security exception with customer data.
Internet ordering is secured with a valid security certificate. See that the lock is showing up on your browser when visiting the orderform.
Changing your data
... To make changes to your name, address, etc., OR to be removed entirely from our database, simply contact us with your official request in writing. |
