Queen Anne Dining Room Combo Plans

Ovate rectangular table has gracefully curved ends and legs.  The apron frame is rectangular with corner bracing at the legs for stability.  The plan gives details for constrtuction of the cabriole leg with pad foot.  The table is 29-1/2" high, 42" wide, and 60" long.  With the addition of two 15" wide leaves, detailed by the plan, the table extends to 90" and seats eight people.  Use our matching Queen Anne Side Chair plans to make a complete dining ensemble.

The Queen Anne style chair is considered one the most graceful of the 18th Century.  Our classic design is authentically fashioned after a chair found in the Brooklyn Museum.  The slip seat can be covered with your choice of upholstery.  The profile of the cabriole leg is cut either by bandsaw, or by hand using spokeshave and files.  The leg ends in a simple and elegant pad foot.  Suggested woods are walnut or mahogany.  Works well with our Queen Anne Dining Table for a complete Queen Anne dining ensemble.  Dimensions:  21" by 21", by 40" high.  Plans detail both chairs shown.
