Bookcase headboard plan for woodworking
Build this practical storage headboard for your twin or full size bed.  The sliding cabinet doors make useful pillow rests for reading in bed and requires no hardware.  The area between provides space for a clock, radio, books, or whatever your nighttime needs.  With just a little planning, this design could be modified to most any width.  Both twin and full size beds are detailed.

Finished size is:  9" deep, 36" high, by 59-3/4"(full) and 44-1/2"(twin)
