English joint stool plan for woodworking
This sturdy 20" high oak stool (circa 1660) was measured by us in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.  It is identical to the original, down to the very last peg -- a superb reproduction.  The 18" x 12" top makes it ideal for use as an end table, plant stand, or as seating.  Fascinating history lesson in the art of woodworking in the 17th century.  Fairly easy to make even for the beginner.
