Armoire plans for woodworking a cabinet in the French style

While early Armoires were used for the storage of actual arms and armor, this 68" high piece is designed to store clothing and linens.  With shelving modifications, however, it can be used as an entertainment center for audio and video components, or as a dry bar or even wine storage (as we have seen photos returned).  Adaptations are made by outfitting the upper section to suit your needs.  A total of four drawers in the base permits ample storage.  Raised panel doors and dentil molding on the cornice give added richness to this traditional piece.  Truly a masterpiece for the woodworker to revel in, it is an advanced project.  Size: 38" wide, 21" deep, 68" high.  A large plan..
