Trestle Dining Table w/ Bench Plans

A beautiful 35" by 72" table with urn-shaped end boards in the Early American style. A scrolled stretcher locks the table together with keyed tenons. The full size plan allows patterns to be traced directly on the wood. The 15" by 60" bench is similar in construction. It is an attractive piece on its own and makes a useful accent in a hallway or family room. Easy to build, both of these projects are good ones for the woodworker at the beg/int level.
