"Merrilegs" is sure to delight the heart of any youngster and provide a great deal of pleasure and satisfaction for the woodworker. You can build this rocking horse with our full size plan. Easy to make, this sturdy, sure-footed pony has been created to capture the spirit and beauty of an early 20th century rocking horse. The rockers curves are calibrated to give maximum action and are recurved at the ends for safety. A time tested design, this piece can be made of poplar, maple, or even pine, which are all easy wood to work. There are many options when it comes to finishing.

52-1/4" long and 28-1/2" high. Anyone can do this heirloom quality project!
